today is my first day back to the atkins way of living...i have already planned out my food intake for the day and didnt have as much of problem with it as i assumed i would...cuz i often times get caught up when i think the words diet and/or restrictions and then i tend to obsssess about things..this time im just gonna take day by day...and log foods and make the best choices i can..im gonna check in on the atkins forums each day and leave a journal too and get involved...im not gonna obssess with the darn scale either as its obviously not right..my doctors scale weighs me in at 20 lbs mpore so im just gonna go by his and will only b weighing in about every three months during my normal scheduled visits and on times where i may have to see either my general/gyn or kidney specialists in between my regular appts...otherwise..im on my way to getting back on the weight loss train....have a good day peace and love dar
