Haven't journaled in a while because things have been so hectic. I've got so many things to worry about -- the one good thing through all of this is that I've kept to my diet. Yesterday, though, I weighed in at 203, which freaked me out because it meant I'd gone up three pounds in one day! Then today I went back to 200 -- and now I realize I was just retaining water. Daily weighing is messing with my head.
I'm at 200 pounds, which I haven't weighed since I was a senior in high school, 15 years ago. Amazing.
