Less then a pound lost this week. I'm a little mad at myself but I am glad that it is still a loss. I was only at the gym 3 times last week and I completely failed on Saturday night and gave into the munchies. I felt pretty terrible after word and I was mad at myself for slipping. I know I will do better. My goal for this week is to work out everyday for at least 30 minutes and stick to my healthy eating. I CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!
