Well I lost another 13 Lbs over 3 weeks! Not sure how as I have been up and down on daily calories. Some other good news I went from a 62 inch waist to 56 and from a 5 XL down to a 4 XL Shirt. So I feel good. I wanted to be at 310 by Christmas I have a little over 2 months to lose another 16 lbs so I hope I can do that. Now that would be a good Christmas gift I can give myself!
With the weather being cooler I have bee able to walk more and have got up to walking around the block. Now that is an accomplish. Being so over weight and older my hips and knees hurt really bad when I walked and great distance. Also my Asthma was so bad I be out of breathe walking the 75 feet to my backyard. With the current weight loss I haven't had to use my emergency inhaler anyway near as much.
So for now life is getting better.
