Well I got up this morning and weighed and was up 2.5 lbs with a really bad tummy ache so I called in sick to work and went to the doctor... yeah REALLY BAD constipation... both colons full and full above the upper colon through my entire intestinal tract! So doc put me on a prescription laxative to take daily to keep this from happening again and also gave me an enema there and told me to buy more on the way home... I've had MUCH better days! I'm tired, my tummy still hurts and am having difficulty eating.
