Well, other than almost being in a major accident this morning on my way to work, I feel great! Why do people just stop on and entrance ramp? And I mean just after entering it, not at the bottom when they are trying to merge! (I hate when they do that too!) Anyway, I was down a pound today and I've made it through some bad cravings. I can tell a little bit of difference in my stomach area, not as tight as before, but still a ways to go. My face seems thinner to me too, but I always think I look thinner than I am. Is there an opposite of anorexia where you see yourself thinner than you are? lol. Cod for dinner last night was yummy and low in fat and calories! I didn't think it would have carbs, but it was low enough that I'm still under 20. Oh we joined the Y last night. It was a pay the day deal so we got in for like 4 bucks instead of the normal 54 bucks, plus our additional monthly cost of course. Now we just have to go! Hubby wants to do water areobics. I was thinking a senior exercise class even though we aren't old enough for that yet! I'm just thinking of starting slow! Have to do weights. Just have to make ourselves go!
