The key to losing weight is bad cooking 😂😂 Because I was naughty yesterday and had to have my cappuccino with Marie biscuits before bed and went 200 calories over....I decided that I would be healthier today and I had steamed broccoli with a bit of mayo and a few grilled chicken strips for lunch and it just did not appeal to me that I was full after two bites and took for ever to eat about one cup of broccoli 🙈😂
