Hey guys! I haven't had the chance to log on in the last few days, but I haven't been doing well anyway.. I haven't been eating horribly, I just haven't stuck to the diet and the group of foods we are allowed to have. Which definetely shows on the scale, cuz I haven't lost any weight this week. To make up for the lost time, I am going to do Detox again for a week starting tomorrow. I figured tomorrow would be perfect since tomorrow will be one month since I started the diet.. I have lost 12 lbs so far, but I have stayed at 12 lbs for like a week and a half and it hasn't budged!!! I have to be honest, thioughts of saying screw this and quitting have crossed my mind, but I don't want to quit AGAIN.. I've been trying to lose this weight for over 3 years now, and every time I have tried, I have quit for some reason. I want this time to be different.

I know exactly what you mean, but hang in there...you can do this! Every time I get to the quiting point I post here and something inside just clicks and I am ready again...you are doing great...no matter if you are loosing or not, you are not gaining it back and that is what matters. The slower you loose it the better off you are..so I have heard. So just hang in there and keep your chin up, you will get there before you know it! Have faith!

I bet going through detox will get you into the 160s! Plus, it will make it so you don't have all those cravings for bad food! You can do it!
