I guess the theory is working good weight-loss with zero cardio or gym. I will see how I go over the next 2 weeks. Will try and maintain 2000+ calories per day and try to keep the metabolism revved up. Increasing the amount of carbs I am now eating and I need to focus on getting to the gym and sleeping on time.
