Hi everyone,

I found a fantastic (Free🤗) exercise App called NTC (Nike Training Club), I’ve tried to attach a photo. I’m working out at home and can’t afford a gym or trainer at the moment but this App has replaced the need for either. It’s as flexible or as structured as you prefer. Been using it for three weeks at home and I can feel the difference in my body, especially my stomach and arms.
