After a stressful week and gaining a total of 10lbs out of poor decisions and my daughter being sick, has been stuck in the hospital for the past 5days. With all this being said I make no excuses for my poor decisions and hope to get back on track. I want to try out water fast for a change then get back to keto dieting without cheating. Let’s see how it goes
