Bought new clothes, size S and XS from the H&M, and I keep throwing away old clothes. I love the shopping therapy. Yesterday I binged like a mofo. I hate myself, but today is another day. I have a freaking Tony's chocolonely looking at me at the moment at the office. That's the reason I binged yesterday, the THOUGHT of it being at the office, so I ate a load of crap. I wanted tijgernootjes and chips, thankfully I didn't have any, so only Nutella and crackers (same poison, somewhat less calories.)
This is a repeat strategy for me. Each time I lose a lot of weight I subconsciously sabotage myself. I had lost 1kg, but after yesterday I lost 600g.
Anyways... today I'll try and keep it together, even though I have prepared an amazing dinner, and I know it'll be very hard not to over indulge, especially when I'm a bit depressed every time my DH works late and I'm alone in the evening; then the HUGE portion that was for him just sits there, tempting me. SIGH.
Ok, therapy session over. I need to do some work.
