so did my walk around the park burned about 170 calories. going to do the 30 min. circuit at planetfitness and burn another 450 calories. I burn 860 sleeping 6 to 7 hours and I'm in taking 1350 to 1400 calories a day. I should see some kind of progress this next weigh in.
