Hi All, well here goes. New to this site, not much for posting... However, I have been reading the posts/journals & seems harmless. Besides, I could use some encouragement. I have been losing about 3 pounds a week, calorie counting & today I was a bit discouraged because I only lost 2 lbs. Silly right?
Anyway, my goal is 53 lbs weight loss. I have lost 22 since April. Thanks for your encouraging post.

that is great progress and yes as you get closer to your goal your weight drops will tend to slow down. it is totally normal. patience is important, it takes a long time to gain the weight and you need to take care to remove it safely and in a healthy way.
