An update on this post, it's now 21 days after this post and I have lost 4kg, I am gradually adding more calories but I don't eat more than 1200cal a day. I think the fasting has reset my clock as well as my resistance training along with active rest. So my changes have finally worked and I can now happily say that I am officially loosing the weight needed and almost at my personal goal. Have 9weeks left to get to my goal.

5week feedback, so to date I've lost 4.6kg and my clothes are officially too big, I have increased my macros and I don't eat more than 1300cals per day staying within my protein carb and fat percentages. I'm feeling good and healthy. The process is taking a little longer than what I would have liked, but on the bright side I'm doing this right and the kgs will stay off. This is long-term so I'm happy with the outcome thus far. Shark week this week and for the first time ever I don't feel bloated at all, cravings are less and I'm able to control the impulsive thoughts of eating chocolates lol. Basically what I'm saying is this 4.6kg might not sound like alot but it sure has put my mind frame in the right place. Good luck to everyone else on their journey.
