Recording some wins and some losses. I lost all will power last night and caved to the tortilla chips and salsa. And just to be complete in my loss of control-ness, I had a couple cookies too. *sigh* gotta love it. I have fully confessed my food eating sins :)

But interestingly enough... today, I'm not hungry. Logged the day with less than 800 calories and well below my 20 carbs. THUMBS UP!!!!

I haven't been successful at being dairy free. I am paying attention to it though.. and at the very least, its help me to be aware how much cheese I was consuming daily. I've probably cut my dairy in half by removing cheese as my main source of fat. And I feel more full.

So.. more water, less dairy, more fat, less artificial sweeteners... its shaping up to be a better week :) ... yeah, I know, its only Monday! LOL

fatty meat is a good source of protein and fat. salmon is another one if you are watching your calories.
