I do this a lot too. Generally I take a break and have Pizza. Pizza fills me up but I have to be careful because although it’s not a trigger, I do love it and tend to want it again and again. Veggies never work for me. Carbs are the only thing that do, but that’s just me.
I go through phases where I’m always starving or not hungry at all. I’m currently in the latter. Forcing myself to drink a protein shake and eat a banana. I’m not comfortable ending my day at 800 with less than 70g protein. Still need to add a bit more so I’ll stay up a bit to eat jerky or something.
