Day 216- I worked out every day this week and some days did my running + a workout. Avg about 60+ mins a day working out. This is why I think I hit my goal of 175lbs. My weigh-in before this one I recored as 177.5, but it really should of been 176.5, I just did not believe the scale. What should the next goal wieght by??? I am thinking 160 lbs and then I will be done?
Well off to run run another 5K this morning. The wife is joining me for her first 5K. She is going to do the run-walk, run-walk method. She told me she did not want to just watch, I suggested shw may just want to watch as this is the first one she is attending in her life. I wish her luck and helped her set a goal for her time based on her workouts the past week. I have goal set also, I will report back if I met it.
