Yes I can say that I have misbehaving as far as my eating is concerned. I've been indulging in foods that I haven't had in awhile and yes it has caught up with me. So once again I had a talk with myself and now I'm back on track. The funny part is that I didn't slack too much with my exercise, but then again when you're eating crap all day, exercising isn't going to level out too much on the calories or the pounds gained. For me that is....
