After an inspirational session at the gym today I have now put a short term goal of 84kg. My long term goal is single digit body fat with about 50kg of muscle. By my calcs the single digit is achievable in the next 14 months but the 50kg muscle mass not quite so sure. I guess by the time I get to 84kg I would have figured out my bearings. It would be good if FS would accept readings for BF%
