Ribs were delicious and as you can see from the bones I kinda overdid it. So moral of the story is if you cook something you really love (me it's ribs)only cook what you want to eat. My mind tricked myself saying I am cooking for 2-3 days. But once I tasted the first rib all bets in regards to self control were off. On top of that I ate after 8pm. Now I have to hit the gym tonight and I am really not feeling it, but gotta do what I have gotta do.
