Okay, have to really do this. I keep messing up. I went for my annual and my Doctor brought my weight up and said she would work with me. I was ready before I walked in the door. I really want to do this. No excuses. It's not rocket science. I have to eat less and exercise at least 30 minutes a day. I didn't do any real exercise today (walked more than usual, but not a lot and not for 30 minutes straight to keep my heart rate up). I've got this. I'm ready. I want this.

Thank you! I'm in the right spirit to do this. Second day and feeling good! They had all kinds of food at the meeting today (healthy and of course the donuts, bagels, high-cal). I didn't eat any. Stuck to my motto that if it's not from home, I'm not eating it. Later, I'll venture out and eat the low cal lunches/dinners (chicken salad, fish),but right now--I'm sticking to this.
