I quit smoking in July and I found that the easiest way to stay away from cigarettes is to never go past the cigarette counter or near people that smoke. (for now ) and its work. So when I started this weight-loss journey I desided to do the same thing I don't park my car or drive by anything to do with fast food even if the road is longer the other way. And I sure don't go past the chocolate and sweets in stores. 😊 So far so good.
