losing weight has been hard these last few weeks. I'm as active as ever and ny eating hasnt changed but the weight is coming off slowly. pre planned cheat day for my baby sisters bday yesterday. didnt go crazy on carbs, but ate a LOT of seafood. feel bad for the cheat day, even worse for the cake i had today that took me over macros... but honestly, I'm doing well. in my hardest semester of nursing school and still finding time to eat right, exercise, study and stay sane. 1 week down, 15 to go!
