What is your BMR and your TDEE? My tdee is supposedly 1700-1775, ate 1500/day last week and gained 0.6# lol. There are MANY reasons you are losing slowly. Do you weigh and log food accurately? Does you body handle the food you give it well? (Some people need lower carbs, others lower fat etc) Are you retaining water? Are you gaining muscle while losing fat? Are you close to your goal? (You need less food he smaller you become) Be sure to track everything as accurately as possible and do a weekly then monthly evaluation. You may find that you are losing more than you think. If you focus on day to day it’s hard to stay motivated.
