Weighed myself, down to 221.5 this morning somehow. Not trusting it so I'm not entering it, I am waiting until Monday. Ran another 3.5 miles yesterday. Ate healthy for breakfast and lunch, ate okay for dinner but limited my portions and stopped and calorie intake by 8:00PM. That has seemed to be the key for me.
