yesterday was slightly productive
good breakfast, no lunch(busy at work and forgot to take one) dinner chicken lo mein minus the noodles ( baahaa)
drank about 2 gallons of water and only 2 glass of sweet tea
didn't get a true work out in. had to work, but I did move over 275 pairs of shoes so there are arms, back, and legs and priced 200 pairs, so there are squats and side twists. Today is a whole new day and totally different game plan
