So today Im back at work after three months of maternity leave. Its going to be abit challenging finding my feet trying to do everything in one day but I know I will manage. Im a stress eater so instead of grabbing a piece of bread with thick butter on (gosh that sounds yum) im channeling my energy elsewhere. Im so close to being in the 70's club and if im vigilant with this by the end of the month I should be there. I want to show my daughter that she needs to live a healthy life and if mama looks good and exercises she will see this and start wanting to do the same.
