Ate out yesterday (had the best tacos I've had in my life).. but kept calories in check. Nice little drop this morning!

Dieting back down from 229 this off-season. Doing next full power (squat, bench, deadlift) meet in November at the 220 class. Goal is to beat my best total I did at 242, while weighing 20 lbs lighter..
