now that ive reached my goal weight. i can have a cheat day once a week. butter chicken and butter naan, white wine and cookies oh and a small pack of crisps. im suoer strict during the other 6 days. 20:4 fasting and carnivore diet. balances out for me.

I do the same! It just helps as sort of a mental reset, and I've noticed that it can even help boost my metabolism sometimes.
