I haven't weighed myself in months. We have been so busy with the move, fixing up the house, and getting settled that my health and fitness has taken a back seat. Not having a gym is definitely hurting mine and my fiance's health. We're both gaining weight due to little 'real' exercise and due to eating too much and eating relatively unhealthy foods. It's frustrating that I want to get to the gym but I don't know if we have time to take advantage of it to make it really worth paying right now. We've been trying to go for walks after work but I don't enjoy walking in the rain so we don't actually walk that often.

On a good note, I've been trying to log EVERYTHING I eat. I ate less calories yesterday since I'm actually holding myself accountable for what I eat. It's the first step for me to get back to eating healthy and losing weight.
