I've been back at work this week as the summer break draws to a close but it's still very hot and difficult to get into a work frame of mind. We now have a 4-day holiday for the end of Ramadan and then on Wednesday I'll be at work again and off to Istanbul for pre-season training and meetings until Saturday, so a busy week to get ready for.

The lack of routine makes it harder to eat well and partiularly makes it harder to exercise regularly. I'm not doing too badly with the food this week but apart from being very active at work I've done no additional exercise at all. I'm sure that will be reflected on the scales on Sunday :)

I hear you about "the routine". It is what I'm most nervous about with my upcoming change in schedule. As for you, young lady, you have a nice little wiggle room carved out. I just bet you'll be fine come Tuesday. :-)
