I really want to sign the kids up for swimming lessons, but am terrified to be the fat mom in a swimming suit. Why did I let myself get to this point where I can't (or I guess am too ashamed) do something so simple with my kids?! I think that I will sign them up for later this Summer as an extra motivation to stick with this new way of life! Need to get some mini goals written down to help me get this weight off.
