Started with the 28 day diet. Using it more as a guide line. So might have some variations to the original plan but think it will work best for me. Had a very unhealthy weeken. Was sitting at 54.8kg after the weekend. Weight today is 53.4. so I'm still a bit up from where I was being very consistent at 52kg. Hope this diet works for me. Only way to find out is to try it and see. I'm not looking forward to the Weekend, going to be the hardest part.
