Yesterday I gained.8. Today was down .9. Just water fluxes. Just sticking to the 1200 to 1500 calories a day. Walk 10 miles a week 3 mph at a 5% grade. I’m 70, so metabolism is what it was 10 years ago, but slow and steady! Not quitting!
