Ok just figured what TOM means, because it's my own personnal TOM...Be kind, I'm a french girl...:-)That's why my weight wasn't going down much. Still going to be positive!

You definitely have to take TOM (or Aunt Flo!) into account when the weight loss slows. I'm sure you will see some better numbers once you are "in the clear"! Keep up the good attitude! You can do it!
