Thoughts on yesterday: Okay, this might be a little TMI...where's that little blushing emoticon when I need it?! Ever since I've been working out, I've been feeling randy all the time! It's not a bad thing, just different. I practically jumped DH when he got home from work yesterday. Am I going crazy??
Anyway, yesterday for dinner I made the Turkey Parmesean from the SBD Cookbook. It was good...except for the sauce. I bought a sugar-free, carb-free, taste-free marinara sauce. Wait, I take that back. It did have taste- it tasted GROSS!! OMG! It tasted really vinegary and had a weird gritty texture to it. I tried to doctor it up by adding a little bit of Splenda and a can of diced tomatoes seasoned with basil and oregano. It made it edible. I think next time, I'll just make my own sauce... Breakfast: 1 hard boiled egg
AM Snack: 30 Pistachio
Lunch: Left overs from last night- I didn't finish my Turkey Parmesean. "mashed potatoes" Grilled Stuffed Tomato
PM Snack: 2 Celery sticks with hummus- ETA: had a couple slices of turkey instead.
Dinner: SBD Burgers Salad I had a white bean, tomato, cucumber salad with red wine vinegar and evoo instead of burgers. too late to cook dinner
Water: 1 gal
Workout: 40 minutes on treadmill 10 minutes on stairmaster some free weights
