Can someone post a pic of the macro screen on the keto diet? I'm trying to see where I should focus my energy..

There are all sorts of options and opinions when it comes to Keto macros. And your weight/height will influence your macros. I started at almost 160 5’5” and my macro goals were 20g total carbs, 50-80g protein and 120g+ fat. Keep the carbs 20 or less, moderate protein and lots of fat!

this is a more conservative keto calculator, put in your stats and it will give you your calories then you scroll down and do your macro's. put in 20 grams for carbs. depending on your weight and activity level it will give you suggested range for protein, and the balance will be healthy fats. https://keto-calculator.ankerl.com/
