I find myself putting food in my mouth quite often even if I’m not hungry 😡healthy food but still not being mindful about eating is my weakness. I guess it’s a bad habit ? Anyway I can’t wait to go back to work. Still two more weeks home with no pay and too much food around me. Not a good combo 🤔

I feel ya. Get out of the house and do something! Park? Beach? Museum? Or pick up a hobby?

I have the same bad habit especially with snacking. Also, I work from home 4 out 5 days. At the office all I have is my lunch. Hang in there. Best wishes.
