Heck yeah! Worth it!!! 

So one problem about a cheat day is that, if you are like me and lack self control sometimes, you dont know when to stop. I had planned to do 1 cheat MEAL, now I'm on 2ND cheating DAY. 24 hour fast starting at 9pm 

@mapaseka I'm usually exactly the same! Having my cheat meal today and going back to doing IF tomorrow. I just got to my goal weight and now I'm spoiling it😩 Oh well, every day is a new day and a new start. We can do this.  

Ye people... it's been one of those days. If it was upto me, i would have had a few of those bottles for the day i had. Today has not been an easy day at all. (had to get the vet to put down my pet Dutch-hound, my friend of 14years. Love "Scooter" with all my heart. I really didn't want this day to come but we didn't really have any choice anymore). One of my hardest days in well a long time. Not easy. --- Scooter had kidney problems, heart problems and latest was the arthritis in the legs. So his mobility was starting to be affected. Couldn't walk to do his things outside as he used to. Making less trips from his sleeping bed to the water / food bowls etc. We had to start carrying him out to do his things and carry him back to his bed afterward. Sometimes he would try to walk back into the house but then his front legs would almost buckle under him or he would walk at an angle. It's not nice. The vetinary did give him pain meds for his conditions. She advised if he starts eating poorly then it's time to make that call. At this stage it didn't get there from last week's advise. He was eating okay'ish. But yes. The last 7days he was laying in bed mostly. not walking around. When he gets out of bed he stumbled a bit, sometimes he would almost walk normal. But I couldn't bare to see him in pain anymore. This morning I had to let my friend of 14years go. Rest in peace dear Scooter. You brought me plenty of joy my friend, I love you with all my heart and you will be missed. Till we meet again.  

My deepest condolences @Eugene300 . I also have a pet and I can understand how much love you had for Scooter. 14 years is a very long time and I can only imagine how much pain you're going through. I hope you feel better soon and that your mental and your physical health stays great. Sending you a thousand hugs. ❤❤❤
