I had a great week. I stuck to my new healthy lifestyle and I went to the gym 4 days last week. I was a little bummed that the number didn't go down on the scale but I have a few ideas why it didn't. I want to feel sad cause I really wanted out of the 240's. I just need to remember how great I felt last week and stay focused and realize that I WILL hit my goal of 3 pounds this week.
