I have realised I need structure around my eating. because I'm at home all day cooking for my children its too easy to nibble somethimg here and there.
I am Thinking of making myself a lunchbox at the beginning of each day.
breakfast- tea and scrambled egg
lunchbox (lunch and snacks): 1x boiled egg 6 pecans carrot sticks Apple chicken salad 2 rooibos tea bags
supper- as usual.
