My internal clock has drastically changed with Keto and my increased energy.

I am up 6:15am walking the 4 packs for an hour to an hour 15. I joined a gym for classes only. Take care of the MIL and sometimes swim.

But I am in bed earlier. Typically eat dinner have a little dessert and into bed I go, sometimes falling asleep by 9.

My eyes are burning and my allergies are a wreck. It is because of the damn algae bloom and red tide. Another reason NOT to eat sugar. The run off from the fertilizer is killing our wildlife and reeking havoc on my allergies.
