Today's entry is a future reminder. Last night I had a double service of a keto dessert and a very big lunch. Both of those combined together had me up 2 lbs. this morning. Probably just water weight. My strategy for today is to fast at least until supper time because I currently have cravings. Not stark raving mad cravings but an unreasonable desire to eat without real hunger and this is the start of the slippery slope. Instead of strengthening my giving in muscle, I will strengthen my resist muscle and just drink tea.
What makes this journey different is that I'm thinking about the future. I don't want to ever regain this weight so working on little blips is my practice in maintaining this loss.
