New to this... What's the best things to snack on? Iv got extra belly weight to lose as well and wanting to tone and build myself up.. Any FS out there able to point me in the right direction please.. Thank you

My favourite snack is ham rolled up with a cheese slice but then I am on low carb. Eat healthy fats, good protein, vegetables and stay away from cake, biscuits and crisps to lose the belly fat. Drink loads of water and try and walk every day. Best of luck!

I snack on carrots and peppers during the day in between meals ladd if this helps around 100g carrots and 1 pepper

I like to have a bit of cheese and apple, a banana, or an alpen bar. some light crisp bakes too.
