I am the worst when it comes to sticking to something--anything really. I have a meeting with my boss on Friday. Either my hours change--or I quit. I can't believe I gave my boss an ultimatum lol, but I did!

I haven't stuck to my diet at all. I'm afraid to weigh myself. I've been stressed and letting myself slip into the mindset that, "I'm stressed, I'll just eat this to relax." Not cool. I need to focus.

Don't fret! Weight loss stick-to-it-iveness doesn't always come easy but the more you keep trying the more likely you are to succeed eventually. I always say that the only true failure is giving up so kudos to you for keeping at it. We seem to take failed attempts at weight loss straight to the heart moreso than compared to in other aspects of our lives. Plan your meals and snacks and grocery shopping, make careful choices when eating out, choose to move more than staying still and eventually your losses will outnumber your gains. Keep plugging away. Good luck with your job and getting the hours you want. You've shown a great deal of courage to ask your boss to change your hours rather than just quitting or staying and being miserable. So you do have it in you! Just tap that internal fortitude when it comes to your exercise and eating and you will be unstoppable! Have a Wonderful Wednesday!
