Sixth year after i changed my way of eating

July 2017-2018 years' metric values

Weight : min 65.0 (Aug 2017) max 77.7 (Apr 2018) average 72.2 current 72.7

Cals out : total 1020849, average 2797
Cals in : total 1066538, average 2922
Surplus 45689 (kcal) / 7700 (kcal/kgr) = +5.9 kgrs
In fact i have put on 5 kgrs. So my CICO entries were quite accurate.
Since the CI part is accurate (i use food scales) i obviously underestimated the CO part.
Daily average surplus is only 125 kcal. But in one year the damage is done.
Damage was not made by carbs. I consumed less than previous years.
It was made from fats. Dairy fats. Way too much full fat totally natural sheep yogurt. I try to control it.
Yes. You can get fat from excessive raw or unprocessed healthy foods. For a healthy person it is all about CICO.

Fat : total 33.514 kgrs, average 92 grms
Prot : total 45.324 kgrs, average 124 grms
Carbs : total 162.555 kgrs, average 445 grms

Pedometer : 2536137 steps, 0.65m (2.1 ft) average step, 1648482 meters (1024 miles)
Lots of steps missing because i never take the smartphone to the gym and when in buildings and starting logging late August.

People see the guy on the upper photo and say he is very elegant.
I see the guy on the lower photo and think of a butchers' axe :/

Your tracking skills amaze me. Totally beyond what I could ever do. Never tried sheep yoghurt. Was fun to try goat milk for the first time a few weeks ago.
