In fact i have put on 5 kgrs. So my CICO entries were quite accurate.
Since the CI part is accurate (i use food scales) i obviously underestimated the CO part.
Daily average surplus is only 125 kcal. But in one year the damage is done.
Damage was not made by carbs. I consumed less than previous years.
It was made from fats. Dairy fats. Way too much full fat totally natural sheep yogurt. I try to control it.
Yes. You can get fat from excessive raw or unprocessed healthy foods. For a healthy person it is all about CICO.
