138/89w/50 after walking105/70 w/60 resting morning only 2895 steps 154.2 kcals 28 minutes BG 127! Took pill for BP and going to take them this week morning and evening and taking antibiotic for my tooth problem. Need to get in shower now and maybe we can go out shopping today just for something to do! Almost out of veggies so grocery shopping which most people don't like but I love 😍 ! Have a great day!
