Sometimes it is hard to stay under the calories, especially when you don't think about some of the calories in food... Like yesterday, I thought I was making a smart choice by getting a lemonade to drink, rather than soda, and while I am sure it contained less calories, it still had about 450-500 in the 32oz drink I got. I guess I need to be more mindful. ;/
