Yes its been a while since I have been here. I havent lost any weight in a month. I have been bad this last week. I gained 1 pounbd back. Im going on month 5 now since I started and I am at the point where this is getting really hard. I have been good about my workouts so I can say I have stuck with that. This food business and being careful with what I eat is hard when I am home and on my days off.
